West Anderson Plaza
Austin, Texas

Clayton&Little Architects have worked on several buildings for the owners of West Anderson Plaza over the last 8 years. To begin, we were charged with reinvigorating the 116,000 s.f. development aesthetically and opening it up to become a more pedestrian friendly place. Clayton&Little added texture and color with new stone cladding, metal roofing and exterior paint. A local artist was tapped to provide large scale art for the sides of the building facing away from the parking lot, an area typically ignored in retail center design, but important to this site, as it faces Burnet Road, a major Austin thoroughfare. Most recently, Clayton&Little was tapped to redesign 9,856 s.f. Building A to prepare for a new anchor restaurant tenant.
