Dessau Retail Center
Pflugerville, Texas

This 5.6-acre master plan for a mixed-use commercial center in Pflugerville, Texas includes 13,700 square feet of class-A retail space with expansive native landscape in its first phase. The project’s sustainable features include inverted canopies and rain chains to collect rainwater, while the design uses exposed concrete columns with black aggregate, face frame glazing and oversized masonry. Clayton&Little provided a site feasibility study, master planning and phase one building design.
